How do I share my IDEA with you?
Use the Submit IDEA form to tell us who the product serves, the traction you have, and how you expect it to generate revenue. The same team that builds the MVP reviews your submission so the conversation stays practical from day one. Prefer a call? Contact us or email [email protected].
What types of projects qualify for the MVP Foundry?
We focus on profit-making websites or mobile apps with measurable engagement. The best fits have monthly active users, real transactions or marketplace activity, and a clear path to advertising or other revenue. If you are still validating but have market data, join the waitlist and we will keep tabs on your traction.
What happens after I submit my IDEA?
We evaluate feasibility, outline a vision statement, and prioritize the first set of features. You review the plan, flag missing elements, and we keep refining until the roadmap reflects your goals. Only after that alignment do we break the build into small, testable deliveries and start shipping.
When do I see a roadmap or timeline?
Every approved IDEA receives a transparent plan that can cover 3 months up to 2+ years. We send the roadmap—and the estimated base timeline we call N months—before you ever pay a subscription so you know exactly how long the build takes at the standard pace.

What does “N months” mean and what build speeds are available?
N is the base duration of your roadmap. You can stretch or compress that plan by choosing a subscription tier—each one clearly shows its speed multiplier and fee.

There is also a free Waitlist tier for founders targeting a 2-3+ year horizon who want us to monitor their metrics until it is time to kick off.
Can I switch tiers, accelerate, or pause the build?
You can upgrade or downgrade with 30 days notice at the end of any milestone. We re-forecast the roadmap and share the updated payment schedule. If you need to pause or you miss a payment, work stops and your slot opens to the waitlist until the account is current again.
How often will I see progress?
Expect sequenced, testable drops. You get roadmap visibility upfront, monthly demos, and regular reviews. Daily standups and async updates come with the faster tiers, but every plan ensures you can validate features quickly and ask for adjustments right after each delivery.
What is included in the free waitlist tier?
The Waitlist tier reserves a future spot while you collect proof. We conduct quarterly check-ins on your metrics and move you into a paid build tier as soon as the IDEA shows the user activity or revenue we need to start investing.

Do I owe anything upfront?
No. You subscribe monthly to the tier you choose. Idea Launchpad funds design and development with our internal team, while you cover hosting and any third-party tools in your own accounts. That keeps your downside low until the product earns.
What costs stay in my name during the project?
Hosting, domains, analytics, SMS gateways, and other paid services remain on your billing. Change requests or add-ons (for example, integrating a new provider) are scoped and invoiced before we build so you always approve spend in advance.
Who owns the code and how does profit sharing work?
Idea Launchpad retains the full copyright over the codebase and owns the advertising revenue generated from the product. Once the MVP is profitable, we share a pre-set margin with you—no profit means no cost to you. This alignment lets us act like a technical co-founder who only wins when the product wins.
What happens if we need bespoke features or layout changes?
We provide the initial design system, architecture, and layout decisions. If you want to depart from that system or add an out-of-the-box feature (like WhatsApp login), we capture the request, estimate it separately, and only proceed once you approve the additional scope.
What if I miss a payment?
Missed payments pause work immediately and release your slot to the Waitlist tier. Once the account is current, we can resume and re-align the roadmap so every milestone is still transparent.

How do you keep the engagement low risk for founders?
Idea Launchpad underwrites design and engineering, owns the IP, and only shares profits after the product earns. You are not paying six-figure retainers—just a predictable monthly subscription that can scale with your urgency. No profit equals no cost to you.
